Focus: The Value of Nutrition in Your Overall Health

In order to achieve our very best health as humans we do best by consuming a wide range of different fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, healthy fats, and grass fed/farm raised meats, and limiting the number of dairy products, unhealthy fats, processed sugars, artificial additives, and preservatives that we consume.

Eating healthy natural foods (organic when possible to avoid pesticides and other contaminants) gives your cells the ability to stay strong and replicate the best most healthy versions of themselves. This is the true meaning of body building on a cellular level.

Eating enough proteins, fats, carbohydrates per day based on your activity level, current health, lifestyle, weight, ideal weight, and chosen diet (be it omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan) along with proper supplementation for any vitamin or mineral you might currently be deficient in can, over time, make a world of difference in how you feel.

One other particularly important aspect of this is food sensitivities, allergies, or intolerances. If your body is unable to process a particular food, and you are unaware of it and have it in your normal food routine you can be unwittingly doing your body a disservice.
