INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

Toast sweet potato in your toaster until it is just cooked through an starting to brown. (12 to 15 minutes).

Top with spinach, egg, chives, and hot sauce to taste.
