If you love cinnamon rolls but don’t love all the fat, carbs, and calories – this recipe is for you. We have taken all the deliciousness of a cinnamon roll and transformed it into a healthy body satisfying, nutrition-packed beverage.
When you consider that a Cinnabon (one of those large cinnamon bun rolls you find at the mall) weighs in at a hefty 880 calories and homemade versions can be right up there, if not even higher, this lighter version becomes far more appealing if you are trying to watch your weight and your sugar intake.
1/2 cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup of Old-fashioned oats
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
1 tbsp of brown sugar
2 Ice cubes
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree away! Pour into a glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon. It can also be served with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer for even more pizzazz. This recipe serves 2.
