Ginger is an amazing source of Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Copper and Vitamin B6. It is a source of gingerol, which is in the capsicum family and has powerful antioxidant capabilities.
Researchers around the world are finally catching on to the ancient ways and confirming that the use of ginger is effective for a wide array of conditions and diseases including:
NAUSEA: Ginger can be used to combat nausea, even when induced by chemotherapy. It also is recommended for pregnancy-related morning sickness. Suggested dose is 1 gram of ginger per day taken for a duration no longer than four days. Relief usually comes within 30 minutes of ingestion.
ARTHRITIS: It has been shown to also works well for arthritis without the side effects of many anti-inflammatory drugs. It warms, comforts and soothes aching joints while the antioxidants clear the joints of impurities allowing fresh blood to flow into the previously painful areas.
