Ginger’s Healing Benefits

Ginger is spicy, fragrant, warming and wonderful!

This lovely spice has been revered for its amazing flavor in cooking and hailed as a universal medicine by the people of China and India after its discovery in South East Asia more than 5,000 years ago.

Ginger is an amazing source of Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Copper and Vitamin B6. It is a source of gingerol, which is in the capsicum family and has powerful antioxidant capabilities.
